For me The 1 month TTC at Tulasidalam was a near life changing experience. It completely changed me as a person and added so much value to my life. The quality of the training by Sindu Ma is far above regular teacher's as she not only taught us the physical aspect of yoga but also beautifully correlated the spiritual and pholosophical aspects as well. I reside in Pune and am now a full time yoga instructor with the complete onus going to Tulasidalam and Sindu Ma.

I thouroughly enjoyed the 1 month spent at the ashram where we not only studied but also got a wonderful opportunity to see the breathtaking beauty of Kerala as various sight seeing trips were organised for us. It felt as good as home with a wonderful, loving and disciplined teacher guiding us on our paths.

I recommend every person who really wants to connect with your inner self and truly learn yoga in the correct light to visit TULASIDALAM...KHUSHMITA BIYALA
